Xi Chen Xi Chen is a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting with over 10 years of experience in the Financial Services sector. She specialises in Finance Transformation projects with leading global companies including UBS, Swiss Re, Lloyds TSB and AXA. Xi qualified as a Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountant in England and Wales ICAEW) with KPMG in London and subsequently worked at Accenture Consulting. She studied Economics at Warwick University and achieved a master degree in Finance and Economics at London School of Economics. She is multilingual, with the impressive ability to speak fluent Mandarin, Romanian, English and French. Outside work, Xi is studying towards the London Blue Badge Tourist Guiding qualification, which she will attain in March 2012. She is also a fitness fanatic, enjoys snowboarding, yoga and climbing. Having completed a few half marathons, Xi is also training for this year’s London Marathon which will be held in April. 2) Mdm. Adelita Shah Adelita Shah is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant, a member of the prestigious Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) since 2004. She was in accountancy practice for 5 years, including Deloitte and Touche, in London, in various fields including audit, assurance and tax, prior to moving to the industry. She joined ADP Wilco (a sub of ADP Inc) as a Financial Analyst and then as a Group Financial Controller for Mofaz Group. Currently, Adelita runs her own set up businesses in the UK, within the hospitality and automotive industry.  She completed both her A-Levels and a degree in the UK by the age of 20, after being awarded a full scholarship from MARA at the age of 16. On her personal capacity, she is involved in the development of her local Muslim community, through participation in local Islamic Associations and Council’s activities, aiming at improving the general welfare of the local Muslims. Adelita enjoys travelling in her free time and an avid yoga practitioner. 3) Dr Farhan Hamid  Dr Farhan Hamid,: MRCP (UK), MSC Cardiology (with Distinctions)  is a young Malaysian doctor currently working in Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, London as Associate Specialist  in Cardiology. He completed secondary education at a public school in England. He did his undergraduate medical education and completed House Physician training under Queen's University. He subsequently received General Professional Training in Internal Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine at various hospitals in South West of England. Then he moved to London to pursue Postgraduate Education in the field of Cardiology.
